Craig Tirrell is a licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) with over a decade of waterfront operational experience.

Before becoming a CAM, Craig spent eight years working as a marina dockmaster overseeing dock operations, vessel coordination, and waterfront safety.

He is also a former U.S. Coast Guard–licensed captain with more than twenty years of experience on the water.

He later transitioned into marina property management, supporting association boards with financial administration, vendor oversight, and long-term planning.

This combination of marina operations, marine experience, and association governance provides practical insight into the unique needs of waterfront communities.
